Jonathan A Wilson Obituary

Mar 16, 1993 - Nov 10, 2024

This obituary is administered by:

Cannon Funeral Home 317 W. Memorial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33815

Jonathan Alexander Wilson, 31, entered the world an anxious, anticipated and blessed baby boy on March 16, 1993, in Miami, Florida United States. Jonathan, lovingly known as Yogi, was the beloved oldest son of Tamahlah Wilson and second Oldest to Nathaniel Wilson After Nathan l Wilson. He was born with a full head of hair which amused the entire maternity ward of North Shore Medical Center.

As he grew, his mother taught him the word and admonition of The Lord, which was reinforced by his grandmother, Eleanor Reddick who was led to Jesus Christ by Sis. Mildred Wilder. His God- given intelligence and spiritual consciousness blessed family, friends, and others. At an early age he led his siblings; Joshua Wilson, Jessie Wilson and David Wilson in wisdom, encouragement and adventure.

As a young man, Jonathan was very involved in advising and supporting his young cousins. Michael, Brooke, Faith, Rodney, Trinity, Lailani, Sanaa, and Jeremiah.

Jonathan leaves with us a legacy of laughter and unity and is survived by his progeny; Jaden Dakari Kieth Wilson Copeland through AIeaya Copeland and Maria Sinclaire Maze through Latonya Maze

His interests included hiking, making music, educating people, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, ejoying life, being the family chef, photographer and supermodel and passing adventures to his Niece Zoiie Stephens and nephew Zah'Mir Wilson.

Of all the people that knew and loved Jonathan, including aunts, Shavania Sauls, Tavania Hammonds, Molita Du'Shea Jenkins, our Lord and savior Jesus Christ loved him most.

John 3:17
