Johnny Smith of Plant City, Florida passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 65. He was born on February 7, 1959.

Johnny was known for his love of bass fishing, spending time with his family, and enjoying a cold beer. He attended Brandon High School where he made lifelong friendships and memories.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda Smith, whom he was married to for over 30 years. They have two children, Johnny Smith Jr and Samantha Miller. He also leaves behind one precious grandchild.

Johnny will be remembered for his vibrant personality, infectious laugh, and generous spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Johnny's battle with lung cancer ended peacefully, surrounded by his beloved family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a cancer research charity in Johnny's honor.
