Tess, JohnJohn R. Tess, age 58, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully with his wife and brother by his side on Friday, May 5, 2017. He was born on August 19, 1958, to the late Gerald and Viola (Konop) Tess in Green Bay. John proudly served his country for six years in the National Guard. He then went on to work at Georgia Pacific for over 38 years. In John's free time, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, and being a Packer fan.John will be sadly missed by his wife, the love of his life, Andrèa; brothers, Gerald (Charlene) Tess and Bill (Nancy) Tess; and many nieces and nephews.John is preceded in death by his sister, Jeanne Kubiak and his brother, Richard Tess.Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Celebration of Life at 10:45 a.m. Expressions of sympathy, memories, and photos may be shared with John's family on his tribute page at www.lyndahl.com.John's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center.
