John Thomas, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on January 23, 2025, in Joplin, Missouri, United States. He was born on April 17, 1963, to John Robert Thomas and Mary Lou (Morgan) Thomas.

John married his loving wife, Cheryl Ann (Pritchard) Thomas, in 1995, and together they had one son, Hunter Jordan Thomas. John Mark attended Memorial High School and graduated in 1981 before pursuing his education at MSSU/Webster University, where he graduated college and completed his Master’s of Business/HR at Webster University in 2005. He worked as an Analyst with Wyndham Destinations for 9 years and was actively involved in the Memorial Class of 81 projects/organizing all Reunions and fund raisers there of.

John had a passion for weather and spent hours researching and studying it. He even developed his own weather website called "Weather Junkie" to share his knowledge with others.

John Thomas will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His memory will live on through his son, Hunter, and his dedication to his passions.

John passed away due to complications from Liver/Kidney disease with Congestive Heart Failure. May he rest in peace.
