Burial will follow in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories located at 5701 Highway 277, South. Joe (Randy) was born on April 17, 1960 to Dollie Ann Durham and Joe Frank Lair, Sr. in Honeygrove TX. Joe graduated from MacArthur High School in Irving, TX in 1979. Joe was a hard worker at anything he was trying to accomplish. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the great outdoors, and collecting unusual rocks. He was preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Michael Harwell, and his father, Joe Frank Lair Sr. Joe is survived by his mother, Dollie Ann Durham; three children: Amber Dixon, Joe Lair, Jr., and Patricia Dent; six grandchildren: Railyn Jo Lair, Aspen Sierra Dixon, Natallie Carrillo, Brighton Carrillo, Gideon Garza, and Zidon Moreno; and two brothers: Joe Frank Lair, Jr. and Lovoy Lair.You may view and sign the guest book at www.elliotthamilfuneralhomes.com
