Mr. Joe David Bailey , 58, passed on October 05, 2022. He was born to Leon Bailey and Betty Love in Coffee, Georgia on April 20, 1964.

He married Shirley Lane Bailey in 2001 and they lived together in Douglas, Georgia. Together they raised 1 child Hannah Bailey (Kevin Johnson ). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Mr. Joe graduated from Carver High School .

Mr. Joe worked at K&D landscaping until he retired in 2015 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
