Jobces married Merline Cesar in 1956 and they lived together in Cabaret, Nord-Ouest. Together they raised 9 children Jaqueline Ladouceur (Michael Ladouceur), Nancy Ettu (Beshi Ettu), Nixon Cesar, Jobces Cesar (Beatrice Cesar), Nancy Exama (Claude Brutus), Peter Cesar (Nancy Cesar), Naomi Cesar, Berline Cesar, Romnie Cesar (Anthony Cesar). Jobces is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

Jobces worked at Handy Man until he retired in 2009 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
