Joan M. BiceELKHART, IN: Joan M. Bice, 81, of Elkhart, passed away at home on May 6, 2017. She was born on October 30, 1935 in Rehoboth, OH to Fred W. and Elsie (Faires) O'Hare.She is survived by her children: Darrell Bice of Elgin, IL; Bryan (Chris) Bice of Sterling, IL; Douglas (Linda) Bice of Loves Park, IL and Cindy Bice of Elkhart, IN. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and her siblings: John T. O'Hare, Ruth Stanley, and Jim O'Hare, all of Marion, OH.Joan was a member of Community Baptist Church in South Bend, IN, the Daughters of the American Revolution, Elkhart Chapter, Questers of Elkhart, and the Riverbend Chorus, South Bend.Visitation will be on Tuesday May 9, 2017 from 5-7 PM at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM with Pastor Bryan Bice officiating.
