It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of jimmie lee robinson, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend. jimmie tragically passed away on march 1 ,2025, in his home at the age of 66

Born on april 4, 1953, in fountain inn south carolina jimmie grew up with a passion for the outdoors and a deep love for his community. After graduating from high school, he went on to open a community center in greenville south carolina to focus on helping others his age who really didnt have the guidance or an idea on where life may take them

After his time at the community center , jimmie returned to fountain inn south carolina and began a long career in driving trucks for carolina commercial heat treating, working there for more than 30 years and was Known for his meticulous work ethic,

Outside of work, jimmie was an avid outdoorsman who loved hiking, fishing, and camping with his family. He spent countless weekends in the Rockies, passing on his love for nature to his two sons He also volunteered regularly at his local church, where he served as a deacon and mentor to many younger members of the congregation.

Jimmie is survived by his brother jackie robinson his two sons and sister lily Robinson

jimmies family invites you to celebrate his life at a memorial service on wednesday march 5 2025, at 12 pm at his sister house location is invite only and private only for family members

jimmie will be remembered for his generosity, his dedication to family, and his unwavering faith. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
