Jim Lucas, beloved father, grandfather, and husband, passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 75 in Magee, Mississippi, United States.

Jim was born on June 7, 1949, to Ronald and Marjorie Lucas. He is survived by his four children: Damien Lucas (spouse Bobby Frelix), Curtis Lucas (spouse Iesha Lucas), Jamekka Lucas (spouse Phillip Moore), and Shane Lucas (spouse Tasia Lucas). Jim also leaves behind nine loving grandchildren.

Jim enjoyed hobbies such as fishing, building cars, and attending family gatherings. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and dedication to his family.

Jim was a man of God. And if you knew my Husband, you knew his answer to anything was “pray about it, and ask God”.

Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
