Jesse married the love of his life, Erika Weber, in 1969. The two had a beautiful union that lasted more than five decades, until Jesse's passing. Together, they had three children: Robert Weber and his spouse Maria Weber, Heidi Hallowell and her spouse Scott Hallowell, and Donald Weber. Jesse was a devoted father, always putting his children's needs first. He was their role model and source of inspiration throughout their lives, and he will be deeply missed.
Jesse was blessed with five grandchildren, each of whom he cherished dearly and was proud of their accomplishments. He loved them all very much and enjoyed spending quality time with them during family gatherings.
Jesse attended Buena Vista High School and graduated in 1960. He went on to study at the University of Colorado, where he acquired a degree in electrical engineering. He excelled in his studies and was admired by his professors for his exceptional mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills.
