Jerome "Jerry" Ries, of Lakeville, Minnesota, passed away on June 20, 2024, after a brave battle with brain cancer. He was born on May 17, 1953, and lived a full and joyful life.

Jerry was a dedicated employee at Northwest Airlines, where he worked until his retirement in 2000. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, playing guitar, and making memories with his loved ones.

He leaves behind his beloved spouse, Connie Ries, whom he was married to for 30 years. Together, they raised five wonderful children: Chad, Nate, Jenny, Travis, and Courtney. Jerry was also a proud grandparent to two grandchildren.

Jerry will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his love for life, and the way he always brought joy to those around him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
