Jeffrey Flowers Sr., 61, of Decatur, Illinois, passed on July 09, 2021. Jeffrey was born on October 24, 1959. He is proceeded in death by two siblings, Paula and Steve, and by one son, Jeff Jr. He is survived by seven siblings, George, Kathy, Bobby, Roxie, Mike, James, and David, and four children, Tianna, Andrew, Kyrielle, and Sierra.
