We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Javier Martinez-Vasquez, who was born on June 3, 1982, in Morelos, Coahuila, Mexico. He peacefully departed from this world on June 10, 2024.

Javier was the beloved son of Humberto Vasquez and Maria Del Rosario Martinez. He was a devoted husband to Blanca Martínez Vásquez, whom he married in the year 20. Together, they were blessed with three loving children: Abbigail deCordero (married to Joseluis DeCorsero), Fatima Sanchez (married to Raul Sanchez), and Salma Hinojosa (married to Mario Alcántara-Hinojosa).

Javier was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering love for his family, and his strong work ethic. Javier touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
