Winter Garden, FL, passed away on October 8th, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Jarvis is survived by his parents Elmo & Terri Brooks, wife Debra, daughter Deja Tierra, two step-sons Anthony & Joseph, two sisters Natosha (Jeff) Bowers, Nytia Brooks and brother Kevin Anderson
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 17th at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Winter Garden, 125 Plant St, Winter Garden, FL
