Janelle Czakowski MADISON — Janelle P. Czakowski, 64, passed away on March 10, 2014 at Middleton Village. Janelle was born on November 30, 1949 in Kenosha to John and Delores (Olsen) Czakowski. She graduated from Bradford High School and attended both U.W. Parkside and U.W. Madison. She graduated from a nail technician program in Madison. Janelle enjoyed reading, going to church and her greatest joy was spending the holidays with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Czakowski. Janelle is survived by two nieces, Shauna (Joel) Richardsonand Alyssa (Tim) Skalitzky of Kenosha; two great nieces, Madelyn and Kailee Richardson; and other family, Mary (Bruce) Collins of Kenosha. A memorial service for Janelle will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the Hansen- Lendman Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service.
