Mr. Jamie Newton, 53, of Norcross, Georgia, passed on March 30, 2022. Jerriel was born on February 18, 1969 to the parents of Cleveland Newton and Vivian Newton. He was a graduate of Lyons Sr. High class of 1987. He worked at Lowes for a total of 20 years and touched the lives of many. Jamie had the kind of smile that could light up any room.
Survived by two daughters: Moneisha Newton-Anthony (Dedrick) of Glennville, GA and Angela Newton of Statesboro, GA.
Four sisters: Velma Newton and Norma Newton of Valdosta, GA, Sheila Williams of Augusta, GA and Vicki Adams of Norcross, GA.
Two brothers: Willie Newton of Lagrange, GA and Donnie Newton of Vidalia, GA.
He was a loving Papa to all of his grandchildren (Zali, King and Teeny)
Loving Uncle to all nieces and nephews! A special friend James Lewis.
