We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jamie Rice, born on November 19, 1971, in Minden, Louisiana, Jamie passed away on August 4, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

Jamie was the beloved spouse of Danny Rice, whom they married in the year 2000. From their union, they were blessed with three children: Deandre’s Rice, Keshia Rice, and Carolyn Rice. Jamie was also a proud grandparent to four grandchildren

Jamie attended Jackson Highschool and graduated with flying colors. Jamie had a love for cooking, fishing, and cleaning. And found joy in these hobbies and could often be found enjoying them in her free time.

Jamie will be deeply missed by all who knew them. Their warm smile, kind heart, and loving spirit touched the lives of many. May they rest in peace.
