James Knick, 76, of Kennewick, Washington, passed Thursday, December 26, 2019. James was born to Charles Knick, and June Knick, July 05, 1943 in Kalispell, Montana. He had 3 sisters, Willy, Diane, and Kathleen, he later went on to marry Patricia Knick in 1969, and they lived together in a number of places but finally settled in Finley, Washington.
James worked at Army corpse of engineers as a heavy equipment operator until he retired in 2005. After retiring he soon went back to work for Smith farm, Bob Smith farms, and Melanbocker farms where he drove semi truck long haul delivering potatoes.
James served his country in the Army for 3 years, he was deployed to Vietnam in 1964 and returned home in 1966.
James is survived by 3 step children Linda Kelley Norris (Bob Norris ), Cristi Osborne (Terry Osborne, Deceased), and Aliccia Bradley (David Bradley). James is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
He loved his family unconditionally, and doing fun things with the kids, he also loved playing pool, and darts, every friday night he'd go and sing karaoke at the Long Branch in Finley with his wife and friends. He will truly be missed by many, losing him only goes to prove God takes the best.
