DICKEY, James W. 78, of Odessa, died on Thursday, September 29, 2016. He was born on April 10, 1940, in Lock Haven, PA, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for and retired from the Raytheon Company. Jim is survived by his wife, Ruth D. Dickey; his three daughters, Suzanne M. Bishop, Sharon L. Dickey, and Christina A. Hansen; son, Michael W. Dickey; his seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece, Roxie Nestlerode; sister-in-law, Elsie Nestlerode; many friends. No services planned.
