JAMES W. DICKEY, 76, of Odessa, Fla., died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016. He was born on April 10, 1940, in Lock Haven, Pa. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for and retired from Raytheon Company. Jim is survived by his wife, Ruth D. Dickey; daughters, Suzanne M. Bishop, Sharon L. Dickey and Christina A. Hansen; son, Michael W. Dickey; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece, Roxie Nestlerode; a sister-in-law, Else Nestlerode; and many friends.
