James Garfield was born on September 16, 1987, in Orlando, Florida, United States to Joseph Garfield and Cathy Seitz. He is survived by his two children, Michael James Garfield and Levi James Garfield, along with their spouses and grandchildren.

James attended Winter Haven High School where he graduated in 2005, and went on to further his education at Polk College, graduating in 2010. He pursued a career in Law and worked diligently until his retirement in 2022.

Tragically, James Garfield passed away on October 1, 2022, in the line of duty. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. May he rest in peace.
