We are deeply saddened by the passing of James Lee Starr, a beloved member of the Clinton community. James 58, passed at 12:23 pm on November 25th 2024 at Mercy one hospital. James brought joy and light to those around him with his infectious laughter and kind heart. His passion for life was evident in everything he did, from his work in the community and his work in foster care to his relationships with friends. James presence will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him May he rest in peace knowing he made a lasting impact on the lives of so many people including his two adopted children Jesslynn Starr and Stephen Starr.
