This obituary is administered by:

We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of James Jackson, born on September 5, 1957, in the great city of Tyler, Texas. He was the son of James and Helen Jackson, and the proud father of Renee and Jerry Jackson.

James, also known as "JJ" to his friends, was a man of many talents. He proudly served in the Army, where he bravely defended his country with honor and courage.

James had a larger than life personality and a smile that could light up a room. He had a knack for telling the corniest jokes and bringing laughter to those around him.

He loved nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his 10 beloved grandchildren. He was always there to lend a helping hand or offer words of wisdom.

James will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unforgettable stories. He may be gone, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, James. We will miss you dearly.
