James E. "Jim" ErdenbergerBELLVILLE: James E. "Jim" Erdenberger, 62, of Bellville passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born on September 25, 1954 in Mansfield, OH to John and Rose (Glorioso) Erdenberger. Jim was a member of the Westwood Alliance Church. He worked as a dedicated respiratory therapist for twenty five years and was a huge advocate for asthma. He loved coaching many sports but his ultimate favorite was coaching his son's swim team for Richland County Special Olympics. Jim was a true family man and was always giving of himself. He was a devoted husband and father.He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Jill Erdenberger; his three children, Stephen, Olivia and Maxwell Erdenberger all of Bellville; six siblings; Rebecca (Gene) McKenzie, Richard (Diane) Erdenberger, Kathleen Erdenberger, Thomas Erdenberger, Julia (Judson) Davis, Aimee (Tim) Snavely; and numerous nieces, nephews and other friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Christine Eddleblute; and an uncle, Bob Erdenberger. The family will welcome friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. A funeral service officiated by Pastor Doyle Peyton will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Westwood Alliance Church, 420 Willowood Drive East, Mansfield.
