James Small, age -1, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 4, 2019. Born on May 5, 2019, James brought joy and light into the lives of those around him during his brief time on this earth. Although his time here was short, the impact he made will be forever remembered. James will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
