We are celebrating the homecoming for Mrs. James Ratchford II. James attended Rock Hill public schools and graduated from Emmitt Scott high school.  He went on to serve as a Navy seal veteran for 11 years and remained in Virginia where he was stationed until marrying Marion Brice Ratchford previously deceased.  He worked as chemical operations manager for 20years and retired due to injury.  He is survived by two sons James Ratchford 111 36 and James Charles Barrow 42 one sister Phyllis Ann Cathcart and has one son previously deceased James Benard Streets. To add a host of grandkids nieces and nephews. James went home to glory at 6:30 am 6/12/2019 he was a great man and was loved and respected dearly.
