James Franklin Cox went to his lord and savior Thursday December 13, 2018. James served as a Petty Officer in the United States Navy. Surviving are his grandchildren Charles Edward Cox, 29 of Ashland, Kentucky; Kevin Layne Cox, 28 of Ashland, Kentucky; and Corey Gene Moore, 27 of Ashland, Kentucky. His daughter Donna Frances Scarberry, 57 of Ashland, Kentucky. His wife Susan Elizabeth Cox, 84 of Ashland, Kentucky. Services will be held in private for family only.
