We mourn the passing of James Morrison, who was born on December 21, 1928, in Bennettsville South Carolina United States. He was the beloved son of Elijah Morrison and Elizabeth Easterling-Morrison. He is survived by his common-law wife, Evelyn Murray, their cohabitation, started in 1957 and out of their cohabitation they had 7 children. James also had 5 children in a previous relationship and 1 child from a previous marriage, in Bennettsville South, Carolina before moving North.

James employment as a Sorter for the Postal Service, where he worked tirelessly to provide for his large family wasn't without incident. In his free time, he enjoyed Upholstery furniture as a hobby, showcasing his creativity and skill. He loved playing pool, reading, ride his ten speed bike, playing chess and watching the Mets and the Yankees.

James was a member of the Fort Greene Senior Citizens Community Program at 966 Fulton Street Brooklyn, NY 11238. He was loved and appreciated

On September 13, 1991, James Morrison passed away due to Pancreatic Cancer, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
