Jacqueline Augustiniak, 47, of Summerfield, Florida, passed on September 06, 2022. Jacqueline was born on August 12, 1975. She is proceeded in death by her grandparents Walter and Elizabeth Augustiniak and her Aunt Betty Augustiniak. She is survived by her Mother Ruth Pratt, her three daughters Taylor Thompson (Justin Satterfield), Kaitlyn Thompson, Reighn Dockery and her two sons Corey Baer and Jacob Baer. Her grandchildren- Gracyne, Jamison and Augustus Satterfield as well as Chloe and Arizona Dockery. Jackie was a member of the local Baptist Church and spent her time with her friends and family. She will be forever missed.
