Jackie Ann Smith, 72, passed on August 13, 2022. She was born to Joe smith and Marine smith in Uniondale, New York on March 08, 1950.

Together they raised 2 children Bert green, Amanda green. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Jackie graduated from Uniondale high school in 1992.

Jackie worked at Teacher until he retired in 2019 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
