A funeral will be held for Jack L Gustafson, 84, of Green Oaks, IL. Private service will be Monday, October 4, 2021, at 3:00 pm in The Memorial Chapel and Cremation Services, in Waukegan, IL.. A private burial will follow the service. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 4, 2021, from 11:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Jack passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gustafson; children, James Gustafson and stepson Edward Parnell. Jack was formerly enlisted in the United States Air Force and a truck driver by trade. He loved fishing, walking his dog, and making fly fishing lures at home in his workshop.
