Isabel Garcia, of Mexicali, Baja California, passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 74. She was born on July 8, 1950. Isabel will be remembered for her kind heart and infectious laughter that brought joy to all who knew her. She was a devoted friend and a pillar of strength in her community. Isabel will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace, knowing that her love and spirit will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
