Passed away peacefully in Santa Rosa, California, on October 2 aged 86 years old.

Irene is survived by her husband William of Rohnert Park, California, her daughter Cheryl Braswell of Sonoma, California and sister Sandra Gray of Stratford, Connecticut. Irene enlisted in the Army during the Korean War and enjoyed serving for the USO where she met her husband while stationed at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. Her lifelong passion was breeding miniature and toy poodles. Irene will be dearly missed by her devoted husband and family, and many cherished friends.
