He was the beloved son of Austin and Marvelle Brown and the loving spouse of Zernice Gibson, whom he married in the year 2023. Howard was the proud father of five children: Briana, Eugene, Eunique, Keilan, and Derek.

Howard worked diligently at the Department of Motor Vehicles and retired after 36 years of service. His dedication and hard work left a lasting impact on those around him.
