Hilda McBeth RinewaltJackson, MSHilda McBeth Rinewalt passed away on September 28, 2017 at the age of 87. She was born on March 5, 1930 to Hubert and Edna Mills McBeth in Lena, Mississippi. She graduated from Lena High School in 1947 as Valedictorian then attended Draughon's Business School. She moved to Jackson, MS in 1949 where she worked as a bookkeeper for Graduate Supply House for 43 years. She retired in 1995 as a caregiver to her husband and mother. Hilda was a longtime member of Briarwood Drive Baptist Church, and was a life member of Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the USA and served as State President of MS during 1984 and 1985. She was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Kenneth Sr., a daughter, Karen Frances, a son Obie Kenneth Jr., two brothers, Gordon and Bobbie McBeth, and her parents, Hubert and Edna McBeth. Survivors include her sons, Roger and Ronnie Rinewalt, daughter, Marya K. Atwood, all of who are from Madison County; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.Visitation will be Sunday from 3-5 and Monday from 10-11 with service at 11.
