Cavin, Herbert Paul Paul was born on Dec. 24, 1955 in St. Louis and died suddenly and unexpectedly on November 22, 2016 in Paris, France. Beloved son of Clara Helen Cavin and the late Herbert Elmer Cavin. He is survived by his wife Joëlle Soussan Cavin, his children Oriana, Ethan, and Raphael, brother-in-law, cousins and many friends. He is also survived by extended family Jean Fischer (William), Charles Kowalski (Patricia), Richard Kowalski (Bonnie), Frank H. Faulstich, Albert R. Faulstich (Elfredia), and Carol DeZern. Paul was a graduate of the Taylor School, Whitfield School and Webster College with a degree in Fine Arts. He performed in the St. Louis Muny Opera Chorus, in the national tour of the revival of Oklahoma and in numerous live stage shows in Boston, New York and at the Lido in Paris. Services: A Memorial Service will be held in St. George's Chapel at the Episcopal Church of St. Michael and St. George, Wydown at Ellenwood, Clayton on Sat., Dec. 10 at 2 pm. A reception will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Endowment Fund at the Episcopal Church of St. Michael and St. George, 6345 Wydown Blvd., St. Louis, 63105 or to the .
