ANGOLA — Henry H. Hall, 67, died Monday, September 15, 2014. He was born on October 30, 1945, in Prestonburg, Kentucky, to the late William and Ann (Slone) Hall and was preceded in death by his father, John Hicks. Henry worked for NG Gilbert Tree Service for 35 years, 10 years at Tri-State University and had Hall's Tree Service. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting and fishing, his '57 Chevy and being outdoors. Henry married Janice J. (Warstler) Hall on May 2, 1980, in Auburn and she survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Linda Hall and significant other Lyle Miller of Fremont and Amanda (James) Sturgeon of Conway, South Carolina; a grandson, Kyler Haifley of Fremont; two brothers, Billy Hall of Zeigler, Illinois, and Ricky Hall of Cambria, Illinois; two sisters, Lisa Burchett of Ivel, Kentucky, and Kay Spurgeon of Fremont, Indiana. He was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Kylie Hall; five brothers, Charlie, Art, Frankie and Mike Hall and James Stanley; and a sister, JoAnn Hall. Services will be Friday, September 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. at H.E. Johnson and Sons Funeral Home, 108 S. West St., Angola. Burial will be in Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola. Visitation will be today, Thursday, September 18, 2014, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are to Angola Parks and Recreation Memorial Tree Program.
