KIMMELL — Henry G. Avery, 50, of Kimmell, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on September 25, 1964, in East Chicago, Indiana, to Wayne and Norma (Quigg) Avery. He is survived by his mother, Norma Pate of Kimmell; a sister, Teresa (Tony) Alfrey Sr. of Syracuse, Indiana; three brothers, Terry (Karen) Avery of Goshen, Indiana, Bert (Lisa) Avery of Kimmell, Indiana, and Mike (Annette) Avery of Kimmell. Several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive Henry was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Avery, and two brothers, Raymond and Bruce Avery. He had previously been employed by area RV manufacturers. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and loved his nieces and nephews. He was a wonderful, loving uncle. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2014, at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Indiana. A funeral service in his honor will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at the funeral home.
