Henrietta Elizabeth McCurleyMerritt IslandHenrietta Elizabeth McCurley, 95, of Merritt Island, FL, passed peacefully from this life on May 25, 2017.  Henrietta was born on April 11, 1922 in Bradenton, FL to the late Thomas Wesley Johnson and Allie Morton Johnson Agee. Henrietta was a Registered Nurse for most of her life.  While raising her children she worked as their school nurse for many years.She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Wesley Johnson and Allie Morton Johnson Agee.Left to cherish her memory are; her husband of 73 years John H. McCurley, her sons; John H. McCurley, Jr., Bill McCurley (Elizabeth), and Curtis McCurley, her daughter Barbara Lindberg (Eric) and her brother Ray Johnson.  Henrietta is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.A memorial service to celebrate Henrietta's life is scheduled for 2:00 PM Today May 31, 2017 at the Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, located at 1360 N.
