Heather Nadine SassAfter a battle with cancer, Heather Nadine Sass passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 24, 2016 at the age of 47. Heather was born on June 28, 1969 to Wes and Beverley Sass. She grew up in a loving family with two sisters and a brother. She was a devoted employee at People's Jewellers for 27 years. She was a driven professional with a great love for her family and friends with a special place in her heart for her beloved birds. She remained a brave, iron-willed woman, even throughout her final months. Heather is survived by her parents, Wes and Beverley Sass; her sisters, Shannon, Holly (Evan) Ens; special niece, Emilie; and brother, Darrell. She had numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as special friends Sherry, Mae Lynn, Anita and Ellen. A Memorial Service will be held at Martens Warman Funeral Home on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A lunch to follow at the Warmans Legend Centre, located at 701 Centennial Boulevard, Warman, SK. The family would especially like to thank the nurses and physicians at the Royal University Hospital as well as the Palliative Care Wing at St. Pauls Hospital for the outstanding care and compassion that was given.
