It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hazel Winchester, a beloved member of the Duluth community. Hazel, 30, passed away on October 21, 2024. She was a vibrant soul, known for her infectious laughter and kind heart. Hazel brought joy to all who knew her and will be deeply missed. Her passion for life and unwavering positivity touched the hearts of many.
