Harriet Wittmer, 88, of Rawlins, Wyoming, passed away on October 21, 2024. She was a beloved member of the community, known for her kind heart and generous spirit. Harriet was born on April 26, 1936, and lived a full and rich life. She was a dedicated volunteer at the local shelter and always put the needs of others before her own. Harriet had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her flowers and vegetables. Her warm smile and gentle nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
