FREMONT — Harold J. Busha, 69, of rural Fremont died at 9:10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Angola after a brief illness. Mr. Busha was a lifelong farmer and spent many years as a groundskeeper at Tri-State Golf Course in Angola. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam with the rank of sergeant. He was born on Oct. 25, 1946, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the son of Richard James and Mary Rita (Spack) Busha. He married Joann F. Kopitzki on June 6, 1987, in Harrison Township, Michigan, and she preceded him in death on June 18, 2011. Surviving is a son, Alexander A. Busha of Fremont. Visitation will be Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, 204 W. Indiana St., Edon, Ohio. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. Saturday with Pastor David LaDuke officiating.
