Graciela Davila Rodriguez, 97, of Ponce passed on November 13, 2020. Daughter of Elias Epifanio Davila Gonzalez and Ramona Rodriguez Santiago in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico on March 22, 1923.
Wife of late Francisco Mandry Torres. She is survived by her sons Eduardo, Kenny and Juan. Daughters Ibbett and Mabel. She is predeceased by son Frank Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jennifer, Johnathan, Kelly, Lyanne, Marvin, Jacqueline, Wilfredo and Jessica and many great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her siblings Enrique, Josefa Maria, Concepcion, Ramon Rosali, and Maria.
Graciela was a survivor of the The Great Depression, the 1937 Ponce Massacre, Category 5 Hurricanes Irma and Maria that hit Puerto Rico within 2 weeks of eachother, the hundreds of earthquakes that plagued Ponce from 2018-2020 and surrounding areas and the most current issue Covid-19. She also survived a broken heart when she lost the love of her life Francisco in 2009.
Graciela was a simple woman that lived her life as a homemaker for her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She would send care packages to her sons with craft art all over the wrapping paper. She would tell her grandchildren stories of her kids, parents and siblings. She will be missed by all.
