Grace G. Gregory, 92, of Dimock, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015, at Meadow View Senior Living Center. She was born on January 22, 1923 in Detroit, Mich., to the late Bert M. and Anna (Ossemfort) Francisco.She is survived by her two sons and their spouses, Robert and Kathy Gregory, Mark and Petrina Gregory; five grandchildren, Kristen Gregory Bagnell, Joshua Gregory, Benjamin Gregory, Timothy Gregory and Andrea Gregory; five great grandchildren; and her 14 year old cat, "Kitt."She was predeceased by her husband, Lester Gregory; all eight of her siblings; and her sister-in-law, Hilda Gregory Cokely.She was a voracious reader and loved her crossword puzzles, word searches, picture puzzles, and scrabble. She was a dedicated Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune fan who usually answered the questions before the contestants did. She loved nature and always had pets around her entire life.Prior to retirement she was a longtime cafeteria worker at the Elk Lake School. She enjoyed the camaraderie of her fellow cafeteria workers as they did much together outside of work. She also loved going to yard sales and feeding the birds. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral home, with Rev. Richard Spering of Elk Lake officiating. Interment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, N.Y.
