William Welch, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on August 10, 2024, in Lula, Georgia at the age of 61. He was born on June 3, 1963, to William and Mattie Welch.

William, also known as "Wild Bill" to his friends, was a dedicated mechanic who could fix just about anything with an engine. Whether it was a car, a lawnmower, or a toaster, he was always up for the challenge.

When he wasn't covered in grease and oil, William could be found indulging in his two favorite hobbies: racing and fishing. He loved the thrill of speeding down the track and the peacefulness of casting a line into the water.

William is survived by his loving partner, Pauline Martinez, his children Jennifer, Christina, Jason, Jorden, and Georgia, and his five grandchildren. Their names will be forever remembered.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the local mechanic shop in William's honor. And remember, if your car breaks down, just say a little prayer to Wild Bill and he'll be there to help.

Rest in peace, Wild Bill. May you forever cruise down the racetrack in the sky.
