Burial will take place following the viewing, in Springville Cemetery.She was born on December 22, 1921 in Chanceford Twp., a daughter of the late John S. and Addie W. (Wambaugh) Wise. Mrs. Anstine retired from Campbell Chain Co.Mrs. Anstine is survived by a son, Lowell H. and wife, Sylvia A.
