It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Reynolds, who shuffled off this mortal coil on May 4, 2024 in Manteo, North Carolina. He was born on March 19, 1954 to proud parents, Ryan and Deborah Reynolds.

George was a loving husband to Maryanne Reynolds, whom he married in 1972. Together, they raised one child, Lynne Ruther, who is now married to Bill Ruther. George leaves behind a legacy of five adoring grandchildren.

He attended Episcopal High School and graduated in 1970, where he made many lifelong friends. George had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy, including fishing, golfing, baseball, and football.

Although George's life was cut short by a sudden heart attack, we take solace in the memories we shared with him and the impact he had on those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
