On June 14, 2024, the world lost a truly one-of-a-kind soul with the passing of Gary Deal of Shreveport, Louisiana. Born on August 1, 1969, Gary brought laughter and joy to all who knew him.

Gary was a devoted husband to Veronica Deal for over 30 years, a loving father to Geramny and Darius, and a doting grandfather to three grandchildren. He was a proud graduate of Fair Park High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories.

Gary had a passion for storytelling and could always be counted on for a good joke or funny anecdote. His infectious laughter and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

While we mourn Gary's passing, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Rest in peace, dear friend.
